Refurbished Desktop Computers

We buy used computers in great working order and overhaul them.  We perform "clean" re-install of the operating system or install the latest version of the free open source operating system called Ubuntu.  This process destroys any prior virus problems a computer may have.  We will upgrade system memory, graphic cards, and hard drive depending on the type of computer we want to rebuild.  The end result is that the computer perform like new!

We first use an air compressor at a low psi to gently blow away accumulated dust that can caused increase heat issues in older computers.

We also clean out the old thermal compound on the cpu and replace with a new one, along with cleaning the CPU fan, system fan(s).  This helps make the CPU run cooler which will help the computer run at optimal efficiency.

After the hardware has been overhauled, we then re-install the original Operating System, or if there is no OS we install an free operating system called Ubuntu.

All OS updates are installed, Free Open Source Software such as Video Player, Music Player, Work Suite etc, are added.

A file folder containing all the necessary drivers for the hardware are included on the desktop.  A copy of those drivers are provided in a disc.  A copy of the Free Open Source Operating System, Ubuntu, is provided, but the OEM Operating System disc will not be included.
